Leyden Street
Located in the heart of Denver's Park Hill neighborhood, this charming Tudor revival home embodied the elegance of the 1930s Tudor style architecture but required a thoughtful renovation and expansion to meet the needs of a modern family of four. Our interior design approach delicately balanced preserving the home’s historical character while introducing contemporary functionality.
We honored its storied past by preserving original architectural details — such as arched doorways, coved ceilings, and narrow-plank hardwood floors — and replicated others with care, ensuring the essence of its era remained intact. Meanwhile, a harmonious addition brought modern conveniences, spatial flow, reimagining the home with a soulful, updated Tudor aesthetic. The result is a timeless yet livable space that seamlessly bridges eras, capturing both history and heart.
