With picturesque views of the nearby Adirondack Mountains, this three slip boathouse was redesigned and rebuilt to complement the owners new home. By utilizing an arched casement window wall on the southern exposure, the interior is afforded an abundance of natural light. The upper deck structure provides the owners a venue for entertaining and stargazing. Approvals from the APA, DEC, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were all coordinated by the Beardsley design team.
