This stunning stripy Walnut veneer is a real feature in this modern kitchen sitting along side the white units and worktop. The priority for this client was a social space for friends and family, therefore an island was essential along with a breakfast bar with seating and a wine cooler. The wine cooler was placed on the back of the island for easy access whilst entertaining, becoming part of the social space rather than kitchen. Both hob and sink were placed on the island with additional worktop on the back wall. A ceiling feature with extractor and extra lighting ensured lighting options within the whole space for a range of different occasions.
