Lodo Loft

As part of an extensive remodel, the lighting in this loft was updated in order to become much more energy efficient. Along with the use of LED technology came the ability to create vibrant scenes with the color changing LED strips. This project was awarded the Residential Honor Award at the Brilliance Awards 2012.

Custom Cubes were designed with dimming compact fluorescents. The arrangement was done to accommodate an arrangement of sports memorabilia along with a computer monitor. Fluorescent lamps were used to add little heat to the space while adding substantial light.
Wall of light
This entertaining kitchen/dining area is saturated with dynamic lighting features. Color changing LED elements allow light to ebb and flow with the tide of the evening. Substantial direct lighting for task areas in the kitchen provide bright work spaces.

This loft was redesigned with dynamic colored lighting elements throughout. Square aperture recessed lights, hidden lighting features and lighting details throughout create an entertaining space that is full of surprises.
Living Rm In-Floor Strip
In this loft master bath, a mix of square aperture downlights and cubic sconces create an assymetric, yet visually balanced lighting composition for the owners when looking in the mirror.
