HRTI and the homeowner discussed many options for the siding, ultimately we suggested a designer we often team with to help put our thoughts on paper to help the homeowner envision the final product. Once we agreed on a plan we found a porcelain tile the homeowners loved and paired with epoxy grout that would stand the test of time. To create texture and to break up the front facade into three parts we tied in a cassette style 24 gauge metal panel in a gray that complimented the roof we planned to install. Last, of all, we finished the majority of the other three sides of the home in stucco to help keep within budget but added a few accents areas to help tie it all together.
The roof is comprised of an 18-inch ribbed standing seam in gray with a black outline added to the hips, ridges, facia and gutters.
Finally, we chose an industrial box style gutter and downspout to finish of this masculine design as was desired by the homeowner.
