We completed this project in the Sanctuary neighborhood of Castle Rock. This projected consisted of new Pella Designer windows with both black out blinds as well as privacy in window blinds.We pared this with a replacement of Hardie lap siding. On the rear elevation we removed 6 windows and rebuild the wall to accommodate a 12 foot wide gliding door with a transom on top to increase light.
