The large lawn was removed for a more water-wise landscaping. We created a drainage swale planted with drought tolerant grasses. The client asked for lots of color as well as drought tolerant and native species of plants along with integrating existing boulders. We expanded the concrete porch to accommodate more seating. Low Voltage lighting lights up the two pathways to the house as well as up lighting for boulders and specimen plantings.
