With a $30K budget we upgraded this 1955 ranch by removing two walls to open up the living/kitchen space. Replaced the kitchen with budget cabinets and a beautiful countertop. We also replaced the double window with a garden window which relinquished wall space but added more light and shelving! Added some recessed lighting above the counters as well as under cabinet accent LEDs.

A period PINK bathroom was updated by pulling the flowered wall paper and adding bold black Kohler fixtures. Add a fresh coat of paint to the bedrooms and living room and it's like a new home!
