This is a new home on a heavily wooded lot. 33 large oaks on 1 acre. We carefully integrated the new home and a guest house so we did not have to remove any trees. The owners wanted it to look like it had been there for years. We used the low country palette of design features, raised brick foundation, white siding, porches, red metal roof, dormers and created a tower loft with distant views to the ocean.
