After removing all the original siding, fascia, and soffits, posts and outside ceiling boards, we swapped out approximately 2 rolls of R13 insulation due to moisture being present. After adding 100 linear feet of 2 by 4 framing and replacing approximately 50 linear feet of rotted stud-work, we then installed the industry leading low-e radiant barrier house-wrap, new LP SmartSide siding, new LP SmartSide trim, fascia, and soffit, plus LP SmartSide ceiling boards.

To complete the project, we installed decorative columns to replace where the original square posts had been and painted with industry leading Sherwin Williams Duration paint.
