We worked closely with the owner to change the layout and modernize the entire condo. Work involved remodeling bathrooms and kitchen, installing custom closets and cabinets in the living room, dining room and bedroom. Extensive lighting and plumbing were part of the project. Bathroom remodeling involved expansion and conversion of one bathroom into a Jacuzzi; the second bathroom was converted into shower stall. We replaced the tub with a luxury overhead rain shower head; both bathrooms were fitted with electric toilets and electric sinks. The apartment was fitted with over a hundred recessed lights.
