Ground up construction of new ranch style private home comprising nearly 5000 square feet of living space. Working closely with the owner and the architect, the project took shape to accommodate a brand new 2-story luxury home complete with movie theatre in the basement, modern kitchen, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor; 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
