The homeowner enlisted Kerith to work alongside a trusted builder to bring their dream home to life. With our in-house AutoCAD services, the M&F team quickly began creating detailed floor plans and innovative design suggestions to meet the client's vision.
Kerith meticulously curated every exterior detail, from windows, roofing, siding, and trim, to shingles, shutters, and more. Simultaneously, our design staff worked closely with Kerith and the homeowner to present a range of interior design options, including furnishings, lighting, unique carpets, drapes, and wall coverings. Together, these elements were carefully selected to craft an elegant and inviting atmosphere.
Key features such as coffered ceilings, stunning lighting, and bespoke furnishings set the tone for a sophisticated interior, while custom finishes and unique materials enhanced the overall design.
