This renovation project was completed for an investor based out of San Diego, CA. We completed this project in a little over 6 weeks. We replaced the worst doors, added ceiling fans to all bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The bathrooms were both turned into walk-in showers, Kitchen cabinets were painted, and we added new door handles, the island is custom made by our team. To finalize the look, we added a new refrigerator, stove, and a ceiling mounted stove hood. Our budget was $30,000.
