Located on Keuka Lake, the design was inspired by the Penn Yan Boat Company which had a manufacturing facility nearby. The lake side was renovated to open to the views of the lake. An indoor-outdoor bar was created in the walk-out basement and opens to a large patio and the boat dock. An original Penn Yan wooden boat hangs over the first floor bar.
