This little house has no central heat, no access by car and no drywall. It does have a lot of physical warmth and charm. It is designed by the owner, Teri McMahon, with much collaboration by Chuck Smith. Teri’s husband, Brian contributed much labor and encouragement. He also helped Chuck catch a bass on the boat ride back from a site visit. Timber framed and raised without a crane by New Energy Works.
