Beautiful new build on the hip Strand area of Manhattan Beach. Clients wanted colorful drought tolerant front that would welcome the salt and sand. The terraced front area boasts orange, purple, and pink against the start grey concrete front. The succulents soften the edges but allow for landscape interest with various plant structure and leaf shapes.
