This 1900 square foot ranch was dated with small closed off rooms. We redesigned the main living space by moving the kitchen to another area and removing walls to open up the home. The result was a much larger kitchen area, more storage and lots of natural light along with better views of the water throughout the space. In addition, by reconfiguring the floor plan we were able to add a full bathroom to one of the guest rooms.
