This home was built in 1965 and never renovated, after i purchased the home I decided to renovate the entire house from top to bottom.

the old bathroom, kitchen and basement was dated and needed some love, which is what this small house received.

we renovated the kitchen, bathroom, entryway and refinished the original hardwood floors.

In the basement we added a new laundry room / bathroom and a bedroom.

the house did not stay on the market for long.
very happy with the outcome.
