My client had this very old bench that belonged to his great-grandmother, the bench was over 100 years old and he had it stored away in the basement collecting dust hoping one day he would find someone to restore it.

His hallway was large enough to have a bench of this size, seeing as i do re-upholstering work as well. i offered to restore this bench for him.

I carefully selected the fabric that would work with his decor. and the bench turned out better then expected especially in the condition it was in. It looks like something he recently purchased in a store.

the true test was when his parents came to visit and saw the bench for the first time in years, he said "it brought tears to my mom's eyes" that's when you know its a job well done.
