Marina Del Rey Modern Makeover

This bright three-story townhouse is owned by a retired couple who were ready for an update. Their overall goal was to improve the usage of the kitchen and family room plus to create more warmth by using color and texture, all with a contemporary style. The job included: a complete kitchen remodel, refinishing the hardwood floors, adding wall color, designing custom built-in cabinets, selecting new window coverings, and new contemporary lighting.
