The living room is too large for one sitting area, so we made two since the clients did not want to incorporate eating into this space. This dining room was a blank slate with dark mahogany stained floors that we bleached. The semi-custom table and comfortable chairs are from Decorium. This custom built-in was designed together with the clients who wanted extra long drawers at the top. A few more personal items are still to come.

With a few more finishing touches to add, this kitchen is well on its way to being the place to prepare the best meals! The extra strong range hood is a 'Chinese' style fan as described by my clients.

This large ensuite had a separate bidet where the current custom set of drawers sits. The Japanese toilet was a must for my client, and one of the biggest expenses of the space.
