This is an 1870's gingerbread cottage that is not winterized. The challenge here was to bring the interiors into the 21st century without losing the charm of the original cottage. The cottage is only 1000 square feet and the owners have 2 children. We needed to accomodate the occassional off island guest, too. Take a peak and see what you think!
