Due to the desirable neighborhood of this home the client intends to remain and not relocate. This decision made, the client knew the bathroom needed updating. Since the homeowner desired for the commode and window placement to stay the same, all work in the bathroom had to be done around these fixtures. Working together with the homeowner and interior designer we were able to re-orient the existing space and relocate the appropriate fixtures and still create a beautiful new environment.
