This homeowner had a very basic small Master Bath and were budget conscious but also really wanted a big transformation. I did some tricks of the trade to keep the project on budget like, ordering countertops that I could get square footage pricing on with no minimum, using overmount vs undermount sinks to save on the sink polishing charge, keeping the homeowners existing tub, but loosing the old skirt and splash and tile from Floor and Decor. I also used a very inexpensive builder grade oak cabinet from Aristokraft in a very dark stain that does not show the pronounced oak grain.
