The dated layout of the cramped bathroom and closets had to go. The placement of the single vanity, 3x3 shower stall, and 2 separate closets that were open to the bedroom created a lot of wasted space. We relocated all fixtures and brought the spaces together to form one open master bathroom with walk in closet. This bathroom now features a double vanity, private water closet/toilet, and a huge 60x42 shower from Bestbath! Ventilation is handled by an in-attic blower that pulls from both the shower area and water closet. 250cfm of ventilation is almost silent due to the in-attic location. The LVT accent wall behind the free standing vanity was a low-maintenance way to bring some texture to the space. We separated the bathroom from the bedroom with a wide pocket door to allow the our clients to enjoy the afternoon sun throughout both rooms through the west wall's window.
