On this project, the client's upstairs bathroom water line broke & flooded the vacant home. After mold & mildew remediation was completed, the entire bathroom was demo'd down to stud framing & rebuilt. This included addressing a handful of improper construction practices done during the original construction; improper electrical wiring, not to code plumbing & framing. All these issues were recognized, addressed & properly fixed.
