Open space, modern finishes and comfort were all first and foremost in this radical transformation. This 60's home had great bones but an awkward flow and closed off floor plan. We tried to preserve the lifestyle that we envisioned a home like this in the 60's would have embodied but provided an updated contemporary elegance. Cove lighting and simple trim work can go a long way in providing personality to a home.
