McGrady Full House Remodel

New cabinets, flooring, and paint were just some of the many changes made to this 70s ranch-style house. Laminate flooring, white painted cabinets, quartz and granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, new Pottery Barn lighting, tile in the bathrooms.

The soffit above the shower was removed to open up the space as much as possible. Warm porcelain tile and a frameless shower glass door also contributed to a light-filled shower.

In the basement bathroom, cherry cabinets stained and glazed were installed for the vanity along with granite countertops. A large frameless mirror and new plumbing fixtures freshened the room.

To brighten up the space, a portion of the brick was sheetrocked over. Laminate flooring and warm gray walls complemented the furniture.

In the guest bathroom, floating shelves were designed around a plumbing chase to creatively increase the storage area without closing in the small area.

A closet separating two bedrooms was removed to create a large home gym and office area. Low pile carpet was glued onto the concrete in the space.
