Concealing technology was a key factor in this media room, as well as being able to control the lighting to set the mood for movie watching.
The hand held remote not only controls audio video functions in the room, but can raise/lower the motorized shades and adjust the lights in the room. Further control of the entire home is available through a flush mounted Crestron touch screen at the entrance to the media room.
Front speakers and subwoofers are hidden behind acoustically transparent fabric within the mill work. Additionally, a custom made frame wrapped in acoustically transparent fabric hugs the TV giving it a flush look while concealing additional front effect channel speakers.
