Split level three bedroom townhouse, completely renovated, located in the Memorial area. The townhouse is located on one of the bayous and the deck overlooks it. It is just a stunning place. The three bedrooms were converted into one bedroom with two very large custom closets for the client's clothes, purses, shoes, accessories. The wood floors are white oak and were stained/washed with dark brown/black that I developed. They were meant to look old and worn. They were installed and finished by Chris Gutierrez. I designed a lot of the furniture. The client loves French antiques and there are many throughout the residence.
