This house is located in the Memorial area of Houston, Texas. It was custom designed for the owners. I worked with the architect to develop the plans, selected all materials, designed all custom cabinetry, developed all finishes, designed all lighting, selected all furnishings along with the owners wife, and custom designed many of the furniture pieces that are not French or English antiques.

The house is an eclectic mix furnishings and sits on three acres of land in a highly sought-after private subdivision and is approximately 6,000 square feet with first and second floor and garage that is set apart from the house but joined by a covered breezeway.

The wood floors are Brazilian Jatoba which is an extremely hard exotic wood. They were installed and finished by Chris Guiterrez. The walls have a fine plaster finish.
