Challenges:
- Make changes in the drawings provided by client to achieve highest level of detailing, so to, for a hassle-free and swift fabrication and erection of the structure at client’s place.
- Complete synchronization of inter-discipline like mechanical, plumbing and electrical to avert clashes in the BIM Model.
Engineering Solution:
- With primary drawings and mark ups in PDF format as an input from the client; we started with a thorough study of these resources.
- With a careful scrutinizing of these inputs; our engineers built a well evaluated and considered BIM-MEP models with the help of Revit MEP 2014.
- The BIM models were prepared considering and by establishing a coordination between various disciplines like Architectural, Structural & MEP to avoid any clashes.
- These analysis made clash detection process more effective, which nullified the clashes at a very initial stage, thus avoiding any huge loss at the time of actual construction.
