Extensive renovation and remodel of a residence on Meydenbayer Bay, with architecture by Garret Cord Werner for clients who were downsizing. The entire residence was gutted and new structural, seismic, and systems upgrades were performed. The ceiling was raised and new blackened steel columns were introduced to create an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. We built a custom fused glass, steel, and wood table that acts as a bar and room divider.
