Miami Beach Project 2 -
Surrounded by lush greenery, this Tropical Modern waterfront oasis, exudes luxurious, laidback energy curated by Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design. The residence boasts warm materials and vast spaces that open up and connect one to various areas of the home, each aesthetically alluring, yet functional.
Just beyond the automated iron gate, as one arrives at the residence's driveway, a one-car garage suite with hand-crafted South American Ipe wood paneling is located on the left. A covered pathway adjacent to the thoughtfully designed garden suite is situated nearby, creating an indoor-outdoor private oasis. Just beyond the first bedroom, an open-aired courtyard leads you to the home's main entrance.
The home's muted interiors, designed by Dunagan Diverio Design Group, feature European Oak and natural Capri stone floors, designer Apure lighting, and a fully integrated Lutron control system. An open layout design connects the downstairs living spaces with the kitchen and dining areas. High ceilings and expansive glass doors maximize the space and allow for unobstructed views of the water. The kitchen boasts bespoke wood cabinetry, designer lighting, Dornbracht fixtures, casual bar seating, and formal seating for six, all with unobstructed views of the outdoor terrace.
Outside, the architects incorporated a minimalistic rectangular pool near a cabana with grill and dining area. The exterior offers plenty of greenery and shaded areas for lounging under the hot South Florida sun. Materials used for the exterior architecture include white stucco, Ipe wood, and iron accents.
Upstairs, the master suite completely opens up to a wraparound balcony that also connects to the master bath. This element creates a sense of floating and allows for a light and airy ambiance. The master bathroom suite greets you with a spacious glass-enclosed shower, stand-alone tub, and dual sinks. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors completely open up to a private balcony overlooking the pool, creating additional indoor-outdoor space for relaxing. The upstairs also features four additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Additional rooms include an office, family room, den, library, and laundry room.
