This home remodel project was a complete gut of the house. An elegant and colorful modern home maintains clean lines which keeping an approachable and comfortable feeling. The living room, dining room and bar areas are all a part of a large Great Room. A modern fireplace with gray ceramic tiles are mimicked in the wet bar. Rough hewn light wide plank wood floors are the consisten feature bringing the whole space together, off set by ultra contemporary furniture.

The Great Room space is situated adjacent to the kitchen, which is a separated by a wall. The kitchen is U-Shaped with a large island complete with a Wolf range top and commercial style hood. Perfect for the serious at-home chef. The cabinets are from Scavolini in three different colors and finishes; dark oak nuance melamine, lichen green matte glass, and creamy porcelain cream matte lacquer. The gray tiles on the floor and matching gray quartz countertops bring the whole kitchen together.

The master suite features a colorful bedroom with playful graphic designs on the bedspread and wall paper. Next to the bedroom is the master on-suite bathroom. Scavolini suspended bath cabinetry is a organic medium brown textured melamin (copied in the two jack & jill bathrooms also pictured). The room is centered around a stand alone white porcelain tub with chrome faucet.

Jack & Jill bathrooms are almost identical, using the same 'warm' textured melamine in the cabinets from Scavolini. Each bathroom has its own identity in the small upper medicine cabinet, one in sage green and the other in turquoise blue matte lacquer.
