A before shot of this space would show a wall directly dividing the center with a small cramped kitchen on one side, and an unused office/laundry area on the other. Opening up the kitchen, relocating the laundry, and adding a bathroom were necessary to fit the lifestyle of this home. Rich walnut cabinetry accented by white countertops and black fixtures gave it a mid-century flare. The laundry is now hidden by flipper doors as well as the tankless water heater - but you'd never be able to tell. The bathroom took over the previous office space and uses tile as it's main accent feature. A space anyone would be lucky to call home.
