For this project, our clients wanted a beach escape where they could relax with their family but also entertain. With the property only steps from the beach, the emphasis was put on changing the layout to expand the kitchen and living areas without losing the mid century charm in the exposed beamed ceilings and large front windows. We loved adding custom touches throughout like the in-kitchen wet bar, entertaining ice trough in the island, reclaimed open shelving and a custom made 10' live edge dining table with a one of a kind boat light fixture hanging above it.
