Mid Century Modern Living
The Challenge:
This was an empty living room with only an old sofa. The Client wanted a design that included two important elements: 1) inclusion of a particular paint they owned, 2) a big screen TV., 3) Restore an old sewing machine and make it part of the design.
They wanted a Mid-Century-Modern design including yellow and blue.
The Design:
To ensure the Client like the design, we first created three different graphic representations for the possible options for them to choose. Of course these options included their desired style and taste. Once they selected the design, we move forward, purchase the furniture and décor pieces, and voila!
The End Result
A dark and handsome leather sofa with a soft side, plays with a storage coffee Table made out of walnut and antique brass legs; A nook media console helps to bring the design together giving to the living room a space to locate the TV (one of the client requests). Also a pair of rich blue velvet chairs that make an statement defining the space; The gorgeous metal, wood and leather bar cart in gold, is pure perfection! To spice up the concept, of course yellow gold and blue accessories.
The Client was extremely happy with the end result. They loved the colors and the style of furniture selected. They highlighted that their new house feels like a home now and their friends love it!
