Office/ Guest room
When their twins were about to born, our clients a wanted to find a way to make their office also work for visiting family. So we turned the room into a guest room/ office, we got a Murphy bed, which turns the office into a bedroom by night and folds out of sight by day. (A Murphy bed is a great way to save floor space in a small studio or even a guest room. But it's also a pretty big investment, furniture-wise.)
