Mid-Century Modern

This young family lives in a beautiful mid-century modern home and wanted the outdoor living space to reflect the same style. The lower terrace offers a large patio with large slabs of porcelain paver, giving plenty of room for children to play and people to gather. The cable railing keeps the children safe from the steep wooded terrain, and guides people up to the deck off from the kitchen where dining is simple and elegant. The gray deck skirting is a backdrop to the lower living room furniture and has removable panels for storage. The gray paneled wall on the opposite side was made to cover up an unsightly old brick wall. The bright red ModFire fire pit is a splash of red among the neutral grays of the patio furniture.
