The full renovation of this 1950's mid-century modern split level included simple but strategic moves to maintain the beauty of its period while making it more livable for today's times. The wall around the kitchen was removed, creating a waterfall island, and a new window was added in the front facade to take advantage of gorgeous views to the city and the mountains beyond.
