This is a historical mid-century modern home surrounded by mature beech trees, dogwoods and mature rhodendrons. The family desired a peaceful dining terrace and a play lawn for their children. Large, rectilinear cedar steps were built at the front and rear entry doors to complement the linear architecture of the home. With the shady conditions, woodland plants with fabulous foliage textures were used.
