The new 3000 sq. ft. residence, on four acres with seasonal Hudson River views, features two distinct wings (public and private), separated by an entry area and breezeway. The design impetus (parti) stems from the client’s interest in Eichler mid-century modern homes of northern California. The residence is geothermally heated and cooled, as well as incorporating elements of "passive house" design.
