For this project, the collaboration between owner and architect occurred while the clients were out of the country and, as of this publishing, the two parties have never met in person. Clear communication and well defined goals allowed this build to be completed in a timely manner and on budget with a final product that far exceeded energy performance standards. This home is a great example of merging modern energy technology within a traditional finish.
