Keeping the theme of beach style but without changing all of his wood trims original from the house we worked to stain match new trim and reuse existing moldings as much as possible. The hidden laundry room by a 4' mirrored pocket door gave added depth to the bedroom while the added storage of the main closet utilized as much room as possible with the height restrictions of the ceiling. The basement is a flood area so we tiled the floor with large wood style planks and added new recessed lights and light fixtures throughout the house.
