This was a fun Midtown Outdoor Living space in a very tight back yard. It truly made the most of the space that wasn't being utilized. This space includes; outdoor bar, granite counter tops and back splash, natural gas stainless steel appliances and storage doors, galley sink, refrigerator, custom fireplace with wood storage, outdoor TV with complete surround sound (including an underground sub woofer), new landscape, water tight line and area drainage redo, trash storage area with custom gates, flag stone patio and two Big Ass Fans.
