This was a South Tulsa Remodel that took a very outdated kitchen and living room to a very open and inviting modern space. This was a live in remodel and the clients and I made a great team. This project includes some unique design elements which includes; new commercial style exterior windows in kitchen and living area for lots of natural light, appliance wall in kitchen, European cabinets with wood veener, acrylic and stainless steel doors, breakfast nook, walk through pantry with custom storage, wet bar, home office, new fireplace with Crossville Laminam for a stunning focal point, huge double entry solid mahogany doors with side lights unit, new entry tile, glass panel and railing, floating powder bath cabinet with lighted mirror, new staircase and mahogany handrail to basement, new steel structural supports for exterior porta cochere to replace rotten wood post, new stucco exterior veneer, gutters and a complete re-stain job on a very large outdoor patio and pool surround.
