This older home in quaint little Milford had a mature landscape and an all-to-common deck off the back door. The homeowners wish list included a covered living space along with a space for entertaining. Our architect hit a home run by designing an outstanding covered living area, including a pergola and a raised patio - and that was just in the backyard.
