This whole-house renovation started with the kitchen. We refaced existing cabinets with custom door fronts and painted all the millwork. The adjacent kitchen counter now serves as a bar and entertaining area, with open shelves and a mirrored wall that visually expands the space and gives guests a place to hang out without being in the main part of the kitchen. The new LED lighting, quartz countertops, and subway tile backsplash add to the clean, sleek, but cozy look of this kitchen.
